Raycast allows you to quickly perform a variety of System commands on your PC, as well as quickly accessing specific controls within Windows Settings.
Available Commands
Currently, we have the following System Commands available:
- Show Desktop
- Sleep
- Sleep Displays
- Restart System
- Log Out
- Lock Screen
- Shut Down
- Empty Recycle Bin
- Open Recycle Bin
- Volume Up/Down
- Toggle Mute
- Set Volume to XX%
- Toggle Bluetooth
- Toggle Hidden Files
- Play/Pause
- Next Track
- Previous Track
You can assign shortcuts to each of those commands in the System tab in Settings.
Windows Settings
You can also open specific views two levels deep in the Windows Settings menu, such as:
- System → Display, Sound, Notifications, Focus, Power and Battery, etc.
- Personalization → Background, Colors, Themes, etc.
- Accessibility → Text Size, Visual Effects, Contrast Themes, etc.
